By accessing or using the Revenant website ("Site") or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this Site.
Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to access this Site, create an account, or purchase alcohol products. By entering the Site, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to cancel any order and terminate any account if age verification fails.
Products & Availability
All products are offered subject to availability. Due to the limited-release nature of The Lost Barrel Collection, allocation is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit quantities per household or customer.
Product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to: age verification failure, shipping state restrictions, payment issues, or product unavailability.
Payment is processed at the time of order. All prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise.
Shipping & Alcohol Regulations
Alcohol shipments are subject to state law. We are unable to ship spirits to all states. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally permitted to receive alcohol shipments in your state. An adult (21+) signature is required at delivery.

Gatherings & Events
Access to private gatherings, estate dinners, and collector weekends is subject to separate terms communicated at time of reservation. All event tickets and access fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Revenant.
Archive Membership
The Founder's Archive is a newsletter and allocation notification program. Membership does not guarantee allocation, purchase rights, or event access. We reserve the right to close or modify the Archive at any time.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, bottle designs, and brand elements — is owned by or licensed to Revenant and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revenant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
Responsible Consumption

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
