Shipping Overview
All Revenant bottles and merchandise are shipped within the continental United States. Due to state alcohol regulations, spirits cannot be shipped to all states. Eligible states are confirmed at checkout.
All alcohol shipments require an adult (21+) signature upon delivery. A government-issued ID will be required. UPS and FedEx carrier partners handle all deliveries.
Shipping Options
- Standard Ground — $18: 5–8 business days. Adult signature required.
- Express — $34: 2–3 business days. Adult signature required.
- Overnight — $58: Next business day. Adult signature required.
Orders placed before 12pm CT on business days typically ship same day. Orders placed after 12pm CT or on weekends ship the following business day.
Free standard shipping on orders over $500.
State Availability
We currently ship spirits to most states that allow direct-to-consumer alcohol delivery. Availability is confirmed at checkout based on your shipping address. Merchandise items (hats, bags, box sets) ship to all 50 states.
We are unable to ship spirits to states including but not limited to: AL, MS, UT. This list may change; the most current availability is always reflected at checkout.
Order Processing
All orders are subject to a compliance and allocation review. In some cases, we may contact you to verify your identity or age before fulfilling your order. This is standard practice for direct alcohol shipments.
During high-demand release periods (such as the initial Lost Barrel Collection launch), processing may take 1–3 additional business days.
Returns & Refunds
Due to alcohol regulations, we are unable to accept returns on opened spirit bottles. Unopened bottles may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery if the item was damaged or incorrect.
Merchandise items (hats, bags, non-spirit goods) may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition for a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, contact us at contact with your order number and the reason for the return. Approved returns receive a prepaid return label.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and provide a replacement or refund.
